I have to admit, I'm a bit bummed that my time here in Texas is just about to come to an end. I have REALLY enjoyed being a bum here on Ms. H's oversized chair, watching TV, goofing around on my computer, chatting, laughing, and playing with Freddy, the Weiner Dog. And, I am SO GLAD that Freddy has come to a place where he isn't so scared of me anymore. :-) To me, that means a lot to me.
The highlight of my day, althought it has all been enjoyable, is my new book Thr3e by Ted Dekker. I shared the other night how excited I was about the book bargain, but due to a headache last night, I didn't really start it until today. WOW! It has been a LONG time since I've been hooked on a book like this. :-) Thanks to TeacherLady in homegroup who recommended it! AWESOME stuff. :-)
Well, I think I'll log out and curl up with my book now!

I am in year 23 as a Special Educator at the elementary level. I did one year of Middle School last year though, and loved it! At the moment I'm at the elementary level and do like it. I also serve in the JoyKC community as a volunteer and board member. I also continue to serve at Camp Barnabas as a cabin Mom. I am enjoying this life I'm living!
