Birthday Celebration, Shuttle Style! *grin*

Today I awoke with the idea that shuttles would be the same, fun, day as usual. Well, it was fun, but I didn't expect an EARLY Birthday Celebration! (My Birthday is on Tuesday!)

I showed up (late as usual) to drive for the shift and got into a shuttle. I announced on the radio "Good Morning" and stated that I was there, and then I was welcomed by the other shuttle drivers singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me! After that, they had their passengers sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me! It was SO COOL! I was *grinning* ear-to-ear, and saying thanks left-and-right! My friend Slim was in the school bus, and he had his whole bus sing to me! It was a hoot! I felt the love from the other drivers! It was cool.

You wouldn't think that driving shuttles would be much fun, but it has honestly been the most fun I've had in ministry. I've been driving with the same team for over a year, and we've really become good friends. I'm a blessed gal.

I'm not sure how many people have had more than one shuttle full of people sing Happy Birthday to them. For that matter, I'm not sure if anyone else on the planet would think it was a big deal. For me though, it was really cool and will make this Birthday one I won't forget.

*grin*
LIFE.
IS.
GREAT!
