CARRY ME TO THE CROSS by Kutless

Every once in a while, God blesses me with a song that sums up my thoughts and feelings at a particular time in my life. I remember driving home one night from ONETHING and the new song by Kutless, CARRY ME TO THE CROSS came on the radio. I remember hearing it and thinking, "I need that song on my ipod!" Of course, K-LOVE radio told who sang it, and I immediately hunted for it on the internet. I was slightly bummed that the entire CD by Kutless doesn't come out until Feb. 28th, but the single is on ITUNES. *grin*

I have been listening to the song SEVERAL times each night, and praying. Praying for my life. Praying for my student's lives. Praying for the lives of those stuck in Human Trafficking. And everything else the Lord would lay upon my heart. It's been powerful.

For some people, it's just a song, and that's cool. But between the Lord and me, it's been AMAZING. So, I wanted to post the lyrics tonight. YOUTUBE has some incredible lyric slides to go with the actual song that I've been posting on my FB wall. I encourage my loyal readers to check it out. You never know what God may use in your life to encourage you. He's pretty amazing like that. *grin*
